I removed the adapter with the tpPLC appbut i cant activate him again. I tried to replug it but it didnt work and the 3 leds are not working. Has anyone a solution?

you mean even there is no power LED?
Is there a reset button? or try to reset it with utility.
Then, try to readd it into the powerline network with utility.
