Hello,

I have a C5400 which I've set up to use 2.4ghz, 5g normal and 5g with mu-mimo enabled.

On most devices things seem OK, but on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 I never get high download speeds, although the upload speeds are normal.

My internet is 150Mbps down/15Mbps and it tests that high on most other devices. On the Note 8 I'm getting 1-10Mbps down and 12-15Mbps up. Many times websites will not load at all and I have to wait for things to stabilize - my ping on that device will often go crazy.

I've tried various QOS settings, Nat boost on/off, changed the SSID I'm connecting to and I'm still not getting good results.

Previously, I used a netgear R7000, which had no problem with any device as far as speed was concerned and this phone would easily get 150Mbps or higher on speed tests.

What else can I check to troubleshoot this?

how about try to connect to 5G network on Note8?
or try to change wireless channel on the router.

On regular 5g (not mu-mimo enabled), it can sometimes be faster, but usually not over 30Mbps down. Both 5ghz bands are on different channels and I've experimented with various channels with no effect.
