Tp-link tl-wr840n internet led light off

I have a ZTE ZXH108N Modem, and today i bought a TP-LINK TL-WR840N router so I can portforward to host a server on a game (i cant on my modem, my isp locked that)I plugged in everything (on the pc through enternet because i dont have a WIFI adapter), every light is on aside from the internet one, same on my pc no internet (windows 10), i did play with some stuff and managed to get atleast to the tplink router config, which i did the quick setup and i have a wifi network now, but i cant connect to it, neither does ethernet work on my pc, any help?
