AC3150 V2 - Blocked connections

I have a new AC3150 V2, and im having many issues with VPN connections and Virtual Server.
Basically i setup the router, everything is ok, but when i enable the feature "Airtime fairness" all the connections coming in, are blocked.
VPN stops working, i can't reach my virtual server anymore.
I cant even open a shared folder from a usb disk thats connected to the router on my local network!
Internet connection is still fine and working.
If i disable it again, the problem is still there, and the only way to solve it....is doing a factory reset.
This looks like a bug.
