Hey all.

Something of an IT novice here but would appreciate some help.

I seem to have successfully established a link between both ends of the extender. TP Link is showing up as an available network on my son's PS4. However it's asking for a password. The 16 letter password provided on the TP link itself doesn't seem to work. I've tried resetting the device to factory defaults but it has made no difference.

Is there anything else I can try?
