I have a TD-W9980 router where I am losing the internet connection on a regular basis - 2 to 3 times every day. When this happens, the router eventually reboots itself and everything reconnects.

My ISP is British Telecom, and they say it is my devices, but I can't see how a device can make the internet connection drop. The router is still working as I can connect to to the admin page until the router reboots.

Looking at the status page, I see a lot of downstream error (pkts) at 13155. The line attenuation (dB) is 22.5, not sure if this is normal range or not.

My firmware is version 0.6.1.13 v0021.0 Build 160125 Rel. 52064n.

Can someone tell me whether this could be on of my devices, or whether I have a line problem which I need BT to look into.
