TD-W8980: 2.4GHz Much Slower than 5GHz

TD-W8980: 2.4GHz Much Slower than 5GHz

If I run a speed test with the fast.com iOS app I get results of around 380 Kbps on the 2.4GHz band with both my iPhone and iPad.
If I run the same app on the 5GHz band I get results of 25+ Mbps which is what I would expect and what I'm paying for.
Both devices are line-of-sight with the router and about 2 meters (6 feet) away.
WMM is enabled on both bands. I have attached iStumbler results showing nearby WiFi routers. (Mine is mgn and mgn5).
