TD-W8970B Router no Modem E3276 support

Firmware Version : TD-W8970B(DE)v1_0.6.0_3.11_up_boot(160808)_2016-08
ISP : G3/G4 Modem
Router is working with GSM Modem E180. Want to change the modem to a G4 Modem E3276. Router does not know the Modem E3276 ... not working.
Looking for a Modem File for this LTE Modem.
