Problem with the modem

Model : TD-W8951ND
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :

Hey i just bought this modem month ago.
I used it only for wireless for my tablet.
Today, month only after the purchase the signal of the wireless on the modem just gone.
I try:
1. connect again (i see the wireless network) but can't login.
2. isp call (they tell me that there is no problem with isp) adsl signal work.
3. i try to reset the modem - still nothing
4. i try to connect the modem to the pc but still can't connect ERROR: 012
5. i try to click the 2 bottoms of WIFI and the SECURY CONNECT but still nothing happens!
Somebody have ideas?
