I just downloaded the latest driver for Windows 10, dated 2017-08-31 and called Archer T9E(US)_V1_170831_Wins.zip and did a clean install, as in I removed the device in Device Manager and checked the box to delete the driver also.

After I ran the Setup.exe in the above zip I looked at the device details and it shows the driver date as being 06/10/2015






Is this a mistake or accurate?

Correct. That is the latest "windows 10" driver.

That's the right driver.
I just got another driver for my windows 10 Fall Creators Update.
You may have a try.

Thanks guys, I'll check out that link. I was checking for an update for the KRACK issue. Does the new creator driver address this issue?

Did you read this link: http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-1970.html. Since this link, no more update now.
