My TL-WA854RE extender does not work anymore. It does not light on, all indicators are off. I bought the item 2 years ago, it is covered by a 3 years warranty. I have tried to reach the customer service by phone several time without success: too busy, call later or waiting on line for over 30 minutes.I have filled the online form more than 2 weeks ago: no email of confirmation, no reply. I did it once again today: no email of confirmation.What and how should I do to get the proper support?
