I have OS 10.12.6 and have downloaded all the latest drivers and utility, yet the t2u LED wont turn on, I'm not able to open wireless utility and am not able to connect to the internet.

Did you download the driver from the tplink website? Make sure firewall is disabled and uninstall anti-virus software if any before installing the driver. Follow the instruction to install. http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-1042.html
