Is it possible to install TL-WN823N V3 drivers without CD

I was looking on the support page for the TL-WN823N support page where you can download drivers but there were only drivers available for the V1 and V2. ( http://nl.tp-link.com/download/TL-WN823N_V3.html )
Now im not sure if I can buy a TL-WN823N V3 because I don't have a disk reader for CD. Is it possible to use the driver for the V2 and is this compatible with Windows 10?
