@Rajani4 I think if you have forgotten your router password and looking for solution then you should contact customer care. You can also try Reset option but it will erase all settings and data. I used 10.0.0.0.1 to login and entered username as "admin" and "password" as password and it worked. Try this you may not have to recover the password.

first step is you can press the reset button on the modem 

afterthat you can check that default password is written on lower site of the device 

you can access to device settings by following the instructions written below 

after it change password option will be displaying on the the screen reset it.
