I'm using TD-9970 and getting unidentified network when I'm trying to use a wired connection and after troubleshooting "Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration, while in wireless connection it works fine.
Any special configuration needed at the router?

No special settings related. You may try another port , another Ethernet cable and a different PC, restart/reset the PC and the router.
Update PC's network adapter driver and check the PC settings with another router.
If the PC is ok with other router, and you have tired all of this steps.
The modem may have some hardware issue on the Ethernet ports.
Contact TP-Link support for further analyze.
