Can't Change the default IP on TL-PS110U V3

Firmware Version :

ISP :

I downloaded the last sowftware version, tryed with PSWizard and PSAdmin; nothing works
I try'ed to update the firmware from PSAdmin, give an error: Cannot open MPS56.BIN!
Any suggestion?

PSAdmin can't update the firmware. You need to go to the web management page to update.
Here is an link which can told you to setup the ps110u via web management:

It also include the step for how to change the default IP.
Go to Restart-Firmware Upgrade to update the firmware.
