Haha It seems nothing changed on firmware.
Just the e xternal power supply turns from 12VDC / 2.0A to 12VDC / 1.0A.

Thanks for info. Ordered it from Amazon expecting it was v2.0, but unfortunately seller had sent me v1.0. Now I'm confused whether to return it and get a v2.0. Is there any significant change from v1 to v2?

V2 adds some cloud function, such as tether remote management, and TP-Link DDNS.
If you need these function, you'd better return it and replace with a V2 or V3.
