I am unable to see any Insights or history since July 17th, wondering if anyone else had this problem, what they did to correct it.

Upgraded to new firmware last night - still broken.

So I did a factory reset on all of the Decos. Insights seemed to work for about 45 minutes then it stopped and nothing since. I have a ticket open with tech support
