Hi,

I have an IoT device which has to be wired. Wired to the base unit, it was visible in the app and i could configure IP reservation and port forwarding and such for that device.

However, after i wired the device to another unit (which is connected to the base via WIFI), it is not visible in the app anymore. The device still is working properly on the same IP i reserved for it earlier when connected to the base unit. But now i cannot configure the device in the app anymore.

what should i do to get the device visible again while wired to a non-base unit?
