By the way, I've tried all 3 channels and it just doesn't fix the issue... I can't return this piece of crap but I'm super pissed about this product.

Your house is big, 170 square meters, it's hard to get all part covered with one router even it's a high power router. I would suggest a range extender or powerline extender, or newly Deco M5

Did you tried to change the " Transmit Power:" in [B] "[/B] Wireless Advanced"?

I have a rage extender, also TP Link product, with that.. it kind of works a bit better... but still not usable for today's standards.. too slow, disconnects, etc. And yes, i've tried with 75% and 100% transmit power, no fix :(
