Hello, my client's w8970 v3 router gets disconnected and reconnecting the cable on the lan port several times a day.


This does not happen with another old tplink modem using the same cables and the same pc.

When it's disconnected, is the Ethernet light of the LAN port on? Did you hard reset or update firmware?

firmware updated, hard reset is made in control page?
the light turn off and on, and network works again.
its terrible in online games.
