Restrict internet access by time

I have a router-WiFi model WR641G / 642G with FIREWARE VER. 4.3.10 BUILD 091021 Rel. 60773n.
I have it for a long time and it has worked very well, however I want to know if I can control the access to the internet at a time set by me.
For example: That from 8 AM to 11 AM no one has access to the internet.
I only have 5 computers connected to the network.
To the computers I do not have fixed IP, they take IP that assigns the DHCP to them.
The teams have W8.1 and only 1 has W7.
