Hardware Version: Archer D7 v1 00000002

Firmware Version : 1.7.0 0.9.1 v0051.0 Build 160322 Rel.56836n

ISP : TPG

I have an Archer D7 which works great but I'm trying to configure an Edgerouter Lite and would like to use the D7 as a pure DSL modem and let the ERL handle all of the routing. Do I delete the PPOE interface from the WAN section or is there something else I need to do?

Any one have any ideas? Do I have to set up static routing on a particular LAN port? Do I have to disable the br_8_35 interface WAN interface? Make other WAN interface changes?

If your ISP is using PPPOE as WAN connection type, you can just reset the D7 to factory default/ delete the PPPOE connection on D7, then connect the router to any port, and do the PPPOE connection on the router
