Hi. When I came home I realised that the middle light was off on both the A and B adapters. I unplugged both, re-paired them and then after 5 minutes I noticed that on one of the adapters all three lights were off. The plug socket is on so I don't know what the issue is. The light flashes for a second when I hold pair then goes off again. On the adapter connected to the modem the middle light is off but the others are green. Any help would be appreciated. Model is TP-LINK AV1200

Did you recently update the firmware? All lights off when plugged in is what happens when you power cycle after a failed firmware update.

They've probably switched into Standby mode. This happens when nothing active is plugged into the LAN jacks.
