Archer VR2800 VLAN issue
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
Hi I have just purchased a new Archer VR2800 Vdsl modem router. My ISP is BT and I have Infinity 2 broadband. It all set up smoothly enough except for one thing. It doesn't seem to want to save 101 as the VLAN ID which I need to be able to connect my BT TV set top box to the router via ethernet. If I connect it via a powerline adapter it works fine, but I already have 2 Cat7 cables running between my smart tv and the router, and BT TV box and the router respectively. The smart TV connects without issue via the direct connection. Every time I enter 101 and click save, it gives error code 5656 VLAN already exists. Any ideas? Thanks guys.
