Why the v7.0 of the TD-W8960N doesn’t include the traffic control feature?

It's really, really ashtonishing that the last versión of the model doesn’t allow to use the IP Based Bandwidth Control (IP QoS). The official page* offers this feature and the online emulator** shows that is a item accesible from the advanced options menu –at least for the v6.0. Clearly is an firmware limitation. A step behind in a new model. Absurde.
