WR840N + MR3420 WDS Bridge
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
Have bridged a WR840N + MR3420 using WDS mode. All works great and data transfer is fine, EXCEPT I can not see any devices on the secondary side from the primary side. What I mean by this is: MR3420 is primary unit. DHCP is enabled on this device. IP is 1.1. WR840N is IP 1.2. This device has WDS box ticked. From a machine connected to 1.1, I can not see 1.2 or any device connected to it. Running arp-scan shows no IP's of machines on that side. Neither can I ping 1.2, or any device connected to it. However running arp-scan on a machine connected to 1.2 shows the whole network.
This is an issue as I have SIP phones connected to the network and whilst we can ring out of phones connected to 1.2 we can not ring into them.
