Archer C9 V1 (4.1.0 Build 20160517 Rel. 35411) - No Access Control to Block IPs

Hi there,
when I got my Archer C9 V1, I didnt update my firmware. Just set up everything and was happy. Then 2 or 3 weeks ago, my Dynamic DNS didnt work anymore. It said 'SUCCESS' but didnt update the IP (on NO-IP).
That was the reason to look for a firmware update. So i installed the latest firmware (4.1.0 Build 20160517 Rel. 35411) and now I can't find the option to block IP ranges.
The manual is outdated (15.3 Access Control) - this option doesn't exist (anymore)
Can you please fix this ASAP? To block IPs and IP ranges was the only reason to get the Archer C9 :/
