Archer C5 5ghz max speed 130 mbps

Hello,The maximum connection speed I get on my archer c5 at practically zero distance is 130 mbps on 5ghz. I have tried resetting the device and tried upgrading to the latest firmware. I have even tried different chanels and chanel widths. I have even set mode to ac only. The issue is with archer c5 only. I have some other dual band routers at my home and they all cpmnect to 800+ mbps using the same device.Note: im testing using my cell phone (Samsunggalaxy s7edge). I don't have any other wireless device.Is my router damaged or im missing some thing ?
