TL-PA9020P AV2000 losing network pairing/dropping connection

Model : TL-PA9020PKIT
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version : 3.2.4_902111_170118_901
ISP : Sky Fibre
Hi all,
Thought I'd post to see if anyone else has the same problem or has found a solution to a problematic adapter I have.
I bought 2 * TL-PA9020P kits and have synced up all 4 to be paired and all seemed to work fine, with all 3 LEDs green in colour.
A few weeks ago I noticed my Apple TV wasn't connecting to the network and looked at the AV2000 adapter and noticed the 2nd / middle LED was flashing red intermittently. I looked via the Windows app "tp-PLC" and noticed that the troublesome adapter kept joining the network then dropping off.
I am able to reset the adapter and re-pair it to the network. However, after no more than 24 hours, the LAN light turns red once more, flashing every 2 or 3 seconds.
All the adapters have the most recent firmware 3.2.4_902111_170118_901
Any pointers, much appreciated.

Vogon: Communication between PLCs is always directly from source to target, not piped from the source through nearest-neighbor links until it arrives at the target. That is also why you see point-to-point speed figures in e.g. tpPLC - they always talk directly.
That is also why adding a 3rd PLC adapter halfway between a long-distance pair doesn't help.
MIMO also doesn't help long distances btw. Signal degradation can reasonably be expected to degrade the same on both wire pairs when you go the same length of cable.

I'm having a few glitches with my units - v1, UK - 4 in total.
I have the firmware as below - is this still the latest available?
Shows as 3.2.4_902111_170628_901
TL-PA9020P KIT(UK)_V1_170628
