Hello, I have being using a D7 for a while with an adsl isp but I recently changed to a cable isp and I would like to configure the D7 as switch keeping my nas configuration as the cable modem doesnt has nas capabilities. Is that possible?

This should work. The LAN ports of D7 can work as a switch.
