AC750 - Model RE200 cannot be used as access point

I just purchased the AC750 RE200(EU) v1.1 with the intention of configuring it as an access point. I just found out that this model cannot be used as an access point!
TP Link should clearly state which extenders do NOT support access point mode on the website product info page. Now it will cost me to return the product.:mad:
