Dear tp-link support team,

I got before around 1 year a TP-link AC750 extender. Its http page ( http://tplinkrepeater.net) stopped responding. I contacted the TP-link branch and they gave me new one as the old one was under warranty. However, I opened today the new AC750 and I tried to configure it, the extender is not responding while opening http://tplinkrepeater.net. In fact, it responds for the first 2 minutes and then it stops.

Please note, I have already checked for firewall, antivirus, and so. The page is not blocked.

Could you tell me please how I can solve this issue?

Everytime I'm using IP address to login on to configuration panel routera, AP or repeater,

Thank you for your quick reply, I tried the IP address but it did not work. I have ping response with Internet access, but cannot access the page.

How do you know that this is IP address from your repeater?

I used in the console: ping tplinkrepeater.net

I double checked also the connected devices to my router

Well, it should be. My current IP is 192.168.100.5/255.255.255.0, and the IP of the extender is 192.168.100.3.

Yes, but it keeps loading. I tried different browsers, like, chrome, explorer, and firefox. No one opened the page.
