TP-LINK Router disturbes Telekom Entertain TV known multicast issue

Hello, I run a TL-WR1043ND Router as WIFI access point within my home network. Since updating to the new Entertain TV of Deutsche Telekom I experience severe issues and the reason is the router. The Telekom support explained to me that TP-LINK routers have problems with multicast. Is that the case? And how would you recommend me to solve the problem?
