Hi,
Is it possible to use the powerline TL-PA7020 kit, to connect 2 routers with 2 different network areas to the powerline and distribute the 2 networks? like the example I attach.
:confused::confused:
Regards
Javier

Yes that works. The powerline adapters are entirely transparent to that layer of protocol. [A more common use is for home networks that have a separate IP address range for a "guest WLAN".

Could you describe which settings I should select to make the setup with two routers?Peter M wrote

No special settings needed. Just set your routers up according to their respective instructions and the connection data you get from your ISP.

Can' believe it.Both routers probably have same IP by default like 192.168.1.1, they will not work together in one network.Even if you change their addresses to different like 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.1.1, anyway - which dhcp-server will give IP addresses to the connected clients?You have got to use two separate networks.Peter M wrote

There are many ways of solving this, simplest being static IP addresses for everything. Next step up is defining DHCP responses in both routers to serve only certain client machines (via MAC addresses).
Besides, no matter how it's done, it's absolutely nothing to do with the PLCs. These are totally transparent to all those things.
