Firmware Version : 0.9.1 0.1 v004b.0 Build 160704 Rel.56586n
ISP : Videotron
Hi there!
I need a tittle help.
I'm use to configure VPN host on Windows server, or DD-WRT router, But I can't figure out how to do it on my new C3200.
I need a VPN Host, so I could connect my laptop to my Office LAN network when outside the office.
But I look like the C3200 router do not support it.
Can some one help?
Thanks Hugo

Hello Hugo,
You can set up an IPSec VPN tunnel between C3200 and your office device.
Please refer to the FAQ link below:
http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-244.html
As for C3200, the IPSec feature locates at Advanced -> Network -> IPSec VPN

Hello Hugo,
To set up the VPN tunnel (site to site), you need to get the info of two VPN gateways both at your home and in office. As for your home, the VPN gateway is Archer C3200, while it's the gateway router in your office.
And you need to set up VPN settings on both sides which means that the VPN gateway in your office must support IPSec VPN configuration.
As for Archer C3200, the remote IPSec Gateway is the WAN IP address (public IP address) of the gateway router in your office. Local IP address is the LAN IP of Archer C3200, which is 192.168.0.1 by default. Vice versa.

Sorry for the late replay, I was quite busy thos last day!
OK for Site to Site VPN. but what for Laptop to Site VPN. is Windows or IPSec can handle that?
Or more general, ... is the C3200 enable Machine to Site VPN?
Or maybe I miss something?

I have tutorial but only in Polish -
http://tplink-forum.pl/index.php?/topic/5677-uruchomienie-serwera-openvpn/ - maybe it will help you. Very important is public IP address on the WAN port where you have VPN server.
If you will have specific questions feel free to discuss.

Thank jimasek for your replay,
This tutorial seam to have been build on another Firmware, because there no OpenVPN/PPTP configuration available, in the C3200 last firmware.
TP-Link firmware disappoint me a this point.

Hi tplink,
Is there a way to connect an iOS device to my Archer C3200 using the router as VPN server? I have difficulty figuring out what IPSec settings to use on the router.
