Whitelist issue with wifi - Archer C1200 V1

I have bought wifi router Archer C1200 V1. I have set whitelist with MAC addresses to restrict access to my wifi. Everything works fine, but I am dealing with whitelist/wifi access issue.
After power switch off and then switch on, the router is blocking access to wifi for all devices even for the devices on whitelist. I have to use the button to switch off wifi and then switch on and then access to wifi is permited for devices on whitelist. It also helps if I use web administration to switch off/on wifi or switch off/on access list.
Could you please fix firmware?
