C50 ping spikes

Dinamic IP
Random ping spikes ~200-1000ms
Disabled both WiFi, unplug all other cable conections,
Tried other device (notebook), pinged 192.168.0.1 , google.com , default gateway, all with the same results, stable ping and random spikes.
Without router, when cable connected directly to my PC, it works fine, NO SPIKES.
So its 100% router fault, please HELP, gaming is impossible with this.
