Hello, hoping perhaps an admin person can answer this.

The web link in the paperwork I've been given to configure my router is not working. So I've got the router set up, but can't do anything with it!

web address is tplinkmodem.net or the number 192.168.1.1 does not link to a web page

Please can you help

It's best to only use IP addresses for configuration instead of a web address. You might try 192.168.0.1 if 192.168.1.1 does not work. Make sure your PC has a static IP address within the subnet, e.g. 192.168.0.100 or 192.168.1.100.
