I have a TP-link Archer C7 right next to my cable modem, it provides wifi to the entire ground floor and a UTP to the PC. Upstairs some rooms have limited wifi from downstairs, and some have no wifi. In order to use a wifi baby camera, I installed a cheap wifi repeater, that malfunctions sometimes, but generally extends the wifi to the babycam. The repeater network is generally not strong enough to use for your phone or tablet, but the babycam mostly works. I can also setup the wifi repeater with a UTP cable to the Archer C7, and then I have ultrafast wifi upstairs, but the downstairs wifi and pc (wired) don't work. How would you guys go about setting up a network that works over multiple floors? Do I need a second Archer C7? Can I set the two C7s up with a UTP between them and still have both of them provide WiFi? Any advice would be welcome, because we have a second child on the way, and the new babyroom is in a room where the repeater doesn't reach, but I do have a UTP cable directly to the C7.

Thanks in advance,
