Hi,

On Windows 10, download speeds suffer because TD-W8961ND does not seem to support Windows implementation of RWIN Auto Tuning. I don't have technical analysis to back it up, only doing research and basing my assement on the following:

- with TD-W8961ND, download speed from Ubuntu, Android, and Windows XP is maxed, but NOT on Windows 10.
- with Baudtec & Dlink routers, download speed from Ubuntu, Android, and Windows XP, AND Windows 10 is maxed.
- all the download test is done on a server with > 300ms latency, everything < 200ms seems to download fine.
- Routers all on default settings, no customization. No installed software to affect network stack.

In short: Downloading on a server with high latency from Windows 10 on TD-W8961ND results in erratic download speeds. This is not a Windows 10 fault because Baudtec and Dlink works fine.
