TP-LINK AC1750 Can Not Connect To Outlook, NEED HELP.
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
Hello, I am experiencing a problem with my TP-LINK AC1750 (C7 V2)The problem I have is that, I can not connect to my outlook.live.com web mail server... before buying the TP-LINK AC1750 I used a D-Link router and I experienced no problems with it connecting to outlook.com on my computer, phone, tablet..etc but now that I switched over to the TP-LINK I can not connect to outlook.com on any device. For example on my iPad Air 2 I get this message when ever I try to connect to outlook.com using Safari web browser : "Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding" I have tried Google, safari, all web browsers and Outlook.com never responds on any device, I believe it has something to do with my router but I do not know how to fix it because I have no idea how... all other mail servers work like Gmail. I know it has nothing to do with my ISP because my old router worked fine with outlook.live.com. I heard that I have to open Port 25? I have no idea where to do this in the TP-LINK setup page, I only use the web based outlook.live.com server, on the day I switched routers, my D-Link router worked fine with outlook and on the same day when I installed the TP-LINK, outlook then stopped connecting/working. If someone can help me out that would be great! Thanks
