@fvicente same thing here: my PLC shows another mac and password on old utility, and apperas as unknown on the new utility.

first, powerline light (middle one) wasn't lightning, so I did a firmware update (I guess it was on the PA, I tried a lot of things...) and then this light turned on, but not power led (first one) don't light anymore.

just tried to reset device via old utility, holdin pair button and nothing.

looks like the PLC forgot how to connect to network to create his own with AP...

maybe an old firmware could solve this?
