Hi,
I bought a UH720 hub as the website http://www.tp-link.com.au/products/details/cat-5688_UH720.html#specifications says it has a 4A power supply.
I plug a lot of power hungry peripherals in like USB midi controllers and my previous 4 port hub only has a 1A power supply and can't power everything at times.
Given that each USB device can potentially draw 0.5A, I wanted to have enough power if I max out all 7 ports, so I went with teh UH720 over the UH700.
When I opened up the box, the power supply is only 3.3A.
Did I get a fake/copy unit?
I bought it from a retailer in Parramatta.
If it's not fake, can I get a 4A power supply?
