Firmware Version : TL-WA901ND(EU)_V4_160304

Greetings

I recently installed the latest firmware for TP-Link WA901ND v4 but it turned out to be the EU version and my access point is the international version. I tried flashing the older firmware but kept getting error code 18005, is there a way to go back to original firmware which is intended for my access point.

You're help is much appreciated

Latest (non EU) firmware (previously installed): TL-WA901ND_V4_151029

I think TP-LINK have mentioned that in website and You can only upgrade to the EU firmware after update. Why do you want to go back to original firmware? Maybe you need to contact TP-LINK support team.

Can you please explain to me what " You can only upgrade to the EU firmware after update" means? I want to revert to the older "international" firmware cause i'm having issues with the current firmware and it seems the previous firmware was more stable. Thanks

Btw, I have contacted TP Link through email but haven't got a response from them yet!

i have tp link router one antenna, it loss 20% from internet speed.
can i fix this problem?

Me too. Since this update my WIFI signal strength has dropped by around 50%. I have tried to go back to is original version but I also get the error.Not happy :-(
