Hello,

I switched from a Huawei HG532e to a TP-Link W8961N and configured it in the same way in every aspect but couldn't get it to connect to the internet

I contacted my ISP and they said that the VLAN ID must be 410 like the previous modem in order to correctly authenticate
In fact I'm getting a "Call Failed" error
The ISP tech guy tried on his line which doesn't require a VLAN and it connected to the net no problem
He couldn't figure out how to set VLAN to 410 though, as he's not familiar with the modem, told me to contact the vendor or check the forums instead

I'm stuck, no idea! Please help
