Archer C2 not working properly?

Archer C2 not working properly?

Had this Archer C2 for 9 months and recently noticed some little annoyances. At first I though that my PLCs were starting to fail (and probably they did) so I replaced them with wired ethernet.
My net is like this. --Cable--> ISP Modem--> RJ45--> Archer C2 --> RJ45 --> PC
Pinging Archer C2 from PC will give from 2 to 4ms with spikes to 20-40ms (no packet loss) From time to time the connection would drop aswell and fail to stablish for a min or 2. Logs doesn't say anything. I tryed to let the ISP Modem as bridge to let Archer DHCP/NAT and viceversa with same results.
Note that connecting directly to ISP Modem will give no problems >1ms always and no drop in connection.
