Archer D7 AC1750 Multiple Issues

I was using my Archer D7 and recently upgraded to fibre. Upon this switch i'm encountering multiple issues trying to use the internet via the WAN port. These include:
1) Unable to use on multiple devices. Only one device can be connected at the same time. When another connects I will receive a "Another device on the network is using your computer's IP address" error.
2) Cannot connect to http://tplinkmodem.net or http://192.168.1.1. The pages time out.
3) Only some devices will even connect to this wifi. My iphone will not and neither will my PC laptop. The Ethernet is not being recognized by the PC either.
4) I tried a reset of the device from the button at the back of the device but that did not fix any issues.
