Help with accessing NAS please

One of my LAN devices, Weston Digital Live TV, does not see the shared USB 3 2TB HDD attached to Archer C9, firmware 3.17.0 build 20150507 release 34590n. Other devices, two PCs win 7 and XP, Nexus 7 android tablet an d GooBang Doo MXIII Android 4.4 Quad Core Streaming Media Player all work as expected.
Any help with the WD TV box will be appreciated.
