Archer T2U utility disabled

I have bought new ArcherT2U AC600 WiFi adapter and downloaded the latest available utility software on TPLink website. After installation of utility on my windows7 32bit system, tried to connect with wifi router. As I opened the application every thing was greyed no option could not be selected. In taskpan it was displayed that "archer T2U_T2UH disabled. please help me to resolve the problem.
